Cancellation and Substitution Policy

In the event a delegate is unable to attend, the registration may be transferred to another delegate. If a registration is cancelled on or before Friday 18 February 2011 payment will be refunded, less an administrative fee of $55.00 (including gst). No refunds will be provided for cancellations after Friday 18 February 2011.

Corporate table sponsor bookings for the dinner that are cancelled on or before 18 February 2011 will be refunded less an administrative fee of $265 (including gst). No corporate table sponsor refunds will be otherwise provided.

Symposium Changes

The MFSS team reserve the right to reschedule the symposium, alter the program or presenters. Delegates and other participants will be notified via the MFSS website; however, the program is intended to run as advertised.
